ITHACA, NY (August 2, 2023) — Cayuga Medical Center (CMC) has been rated high performing on three procedures and conditions by U.S. News and World Report.
The national publication rated CMC as high performing in stroke and hip replacement, as well as maternity care for uncomplicated pregnancy.
According to U.S. News, hospitals that place in the top 10% for a medical speciality earn a “High Performing” rating for that speciality. U.S. News bases their specialty area evaluations on in-depth, data-driven tools reflecting numerous quality measures.
