Cayuga Health is committed to meet or exceed expectations and create an exceptional experience for patients and their families that result in industry leading levels of patient satisfaction. To monitor achievement of this goal, Cayuga Health measures patient satisfaction by using Press Ganey to survey our patients.

Ensuring Satisfaction

To measure the satisfaction of our patients, Cayuga Health contracts with Press Ganey a South Bend, Indiana-based health care company known for developing and distributing patient satisfaction surveys. Patients may receive a survey by mail, email or text. Press Ganey tabulates the results and the data is shared with the leadership and the management team for investigation and corrective action if needed.
