Our Immediate Care location at 401 Cayuga Park Lane in Ithaca is primarily used to treat patients who have an injury or illness that requires immediate care but is not serious enough to warrant a visit to an emergency room.

Care for age 6 months and up

  • Facial lacerations – minor
  • Influenza symptoms
  • Lacerations (simple)
  • Nausea/vomiting/diarrhea
  • Pregnancy testing
  • Sore throat
  • Skin complaints
  • Sinusitis
  • Sexually transmitted infections
  • Stitch removal
  • Sore throat
  • Sprains
  • Strep Testing
  • Ticks
  • Urinary symptoms
  • Vaginitis
  • Vomiting
  • Wound check/packing changes
  • Workers Comp Injuries (1st visit)

We can test onsite for:

  • COVID – Rapid (including COVID NAAT Rapid for Travel, please check with airline for verified test)
  • Strep throat
  • Influenza A & B
  • Urinalysis
  • Pregnancy
  • Mononucleosis
  • RSV

Considerations: Limited send out lab testing (Lyme, COVID PCR, Sexual transmitted infection). Physicals are not available at this time.

  • Mental health concerns: panic attacks, anxiety, depression, self-harm, SI/HI
  • Pregnancy concerns (bleeding, cramping, pain)
  • Trauma
