Cayuga Medical Center’s (CMC) participation with health insurance plans and programs impacts patients’ health insurance benefits and financial responsibility for services. Insurance benefit plans, products and specific coverage limitations are based on a patient’s contract with their health insurance company and are subject to change. Patients are encouraged to verify coverage with their health insurance company. This list is provided for general guidance.
