Dr. Ferrer obtained his M.D. from La Universidad del Zulia, Maracaibo, Venezuela in 1980. He completed his internship at the Hospital General Santa Barbara, Venezuela in 1982. He completed his post graduate training at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center.
