Malcolm Brand, MD
About
Dr. Brand is the Director of Cardiac Devices at the Cayuga Heart Institute at Cayuga Medical Center. He joined the medical staff in 2001 to serve as medical director of the new Cardiac Catheterization Program, which was initiated that same year. He has advanced training in nuclear cardiology, echocardiology, and cardiac catheterization. He is certified to implant automated internal cardiac defibrillators (AICD) to help patients suffering from dangerously abnormal heart rhythms.
