Patricia Leigh Kelly was most recently a nursing supervisor and quality assurance auditor at the Bethany Manor Skilled Nursing Facility in Horseheads. Earlier she was director of nursing at Corning Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Corning. She has worked in health care since 1993 as a nurse, nursing manager, and staff educator at several skilled nursing facilities in the Southern Tier.
