As a vital extension of Cayuga Health’s commitment to patient-centered care, EMS teams are trained to respond with precision, compassion, and professionalism 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Whether it’s a life-threatening emergency, critical transport, or community event support, paramedics and EMTs bring medical expertise to the field. The EMS teams work in close coordination with local fire departments, law enforcement, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care from the scene to the hospital.
