Gorges Givers
Gorges Givers is a group of Schuyler County residents dedicated to providing financial assistance to those individuals who have been diagnosed with cancer, identify as a woman and reside in the primary and secondary service areas of Schuyler Hospital.
Gorges Givers is partnering with the Schuyler Health Foundation to ensure such individuals not only have the financial assistance they need, but to also ensure they receive quality screening, treatment, and recovery services for their cancer diagnosis. Applicants can an receive up to $1500 per year for expenses not covered by insurance and an additional $1,500 for a wig if receipt is provided. Applicants can receive a total lifetime benefit of up to $4,500.

To receive funding, you will need to fill out one of the following forms. If you would like funds as a check, download and fill out the W-9. If you would prefer funds directly deposited, you will need to fill out the ACH form.
