Cayuga Family Fit Fest

Formerly the Family Fit Fest, the Fit Zone has joined with the Falls Harvest Festival with our free action-packed event focused on fun, health, and fitness for all ages. Find the Fit Zone in the tents next to the Post Office for health education and hands-on activities – along with freebies – from Cayuga Health and other organizations from Schuyler and surrounding counties. Plus, a photo booth and the Teddy Bear Clinic.
Kids can bring their favorite stuffed animal, doll or action figure to go through the clinic for an exam, Lab and Imaging, among other services. The first 300 kids without a “patient” can receive a free teddy bear to take through the clinic. And don’t forget to get a photo with the clinic mascot when you’re through!

Falls Harvest Festival
Enjoy a family friendly, day-long celebration of the harvest in the Finger Lakes presented by Watkins Glen Promotions!
Join us in celebrating the 16th annual Falls Harvest Festival located in beautiful and historic Montour Falls, New York. This exciting event will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2023, from 12:00-7:30 pm on Main Street in Montour Falls.
Guests will experience a fun-filled day featuring an incredible line-up of live entertainment and a variety of unique local craft and food vendors. End the evening with a community bonfire and spectacular fireworks display cascading over the 156-foot Shequaga Falls located in the center of the Village of Montour Falls’ in the historic district, the Glorious “T.”
