MONTOUR FALLS – At their annual Employee Recognition Dinner May 10, 2017, Schuyler Hospital announced the recipient of the 2017 Lou Sand Award. Christina Hoose, Admissions Representative-Radiology Department, was nominated for the award by her coworkers.

She has helped with many outside functions for the Hospital such as the Montour Falls Parade, Village Christmas, Falls Harvest Festival and the Relay for Life and has done a great job at all of the events.”
Schuyler Hospital annually gives the award in memory of Lou Sand to an employee who demonstrates exemplary service to others, and whose compassionate commitment of service to their fellow employees, patients, residents and community brightens the lives of those they touch; traits exemplified by Lou Sand.
