Paying for Your Care

Exciting changes are coming to the way you manage your healthcare! Cayuga Health, a member of Centralus Health, is upgrading to Epic, our new electronic health record system, which means you will soon have access to the best-in-class MyChart patient portal.  MyChart offers a simplified, streamlined experience for scheduling appointments, communicating with your providers, viewing your medical records, and paying bills.

Please note that as of March 22, 2025 all patient portals belonging to Cayuga Health, including Cayuga Health Medent Mobile, MyCayugaHealth, and Syntellis Patient Portals will no longer be available. There will be a link on the cayugahealth.org homepage after March 22 for information about signing up for your new MyChart portal, where you’ll be able to access your health information.

Beginning March 22, visit information and bills for all Cayuga Health services will be available through MyChart for review and payment.
