MONTOUR FALLS – Due to renovation work at the Montour Falls Primary Care Center, the Walk-in Clinic will be temporarily relocated to September Hill beginning Wednesday, November 2, 2016.Patients arriving for walk-in care with Vallerie Franzese-Lynch NP, as well as Dr. Jagmohan Singh’s internal medicine patients, will be cared for at September Hill – one building up the hill from the Montour Falls Primary Care Center.
The change will be effective for at least two weeks.
